If you have encountered a virus/spyware that has not significantly corrupted your system, removal should be fairly simple. On the other hand, if your system is infected with hundreds of virus/spyware, it may be in your best interest to backup inportant files, and have the system entirely scrubbed and reinstalled.

These problems are usually due to not updated anti-virus/anti-spyware definitions, though not all are detected by any single antivirus/anti-spyware software. This is more true of spyware, you could have several anti-spywares running on your system and still not catch every spyware. Root-kits are another problem.

We have worked on many systems where no antivirus could detect the infection, leaving it up to us to remove manually, and searching the internet for possible solutions. This is a case where reinstallation of the operating system is recommended.

If a reinstallation is requested, we do not charge for antivirus/spyware removal Plus reinstallation, only for reinstallation. Should other problems, such as hardware failure, be found, additional charges will be made only at customers request to replace bad device.

After problem has been met, at customers request, we can install FREE anti-virus and anti-spyware, the same we use on our own systems, that do not require payment for updates or definition updates.

Remember, having antivirus and antispyware running on your system will not totally prevent your system from being infected. It is up to you to be aware of where you go on the net. Try to disable pop-ups in your browser and do not click on pop-ups, such as ones that tell you "Your system is infected, click here to repair", or "Is your system running slow, click here to speed up windows." Think before you click.
